- International shipping: available to most countries worldwide.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been handed to the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders; any applicable thresholds are shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
5. International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we have no control over them.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Because most fragrances contain alcohol, some destinations restrict or prohibit the shipping of perfume. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you and refund your order.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable or refused, we will refund the product cost, excluding shipping charges, once the package is received back.
